Take the second Red Bluff Exit toward Lassen Park.
Drive approximately 1 mile.
Turn left at next Lassen Park sign onto Highway 36.
Go 10 miles on Hwy 36, watch for sign to Manton, turn left on A-6.
Go 16 miles to Manton, turn left at Manton Corners' store.

Follow the road toward Shingletown for 3 1/2 miles to The Wild Horse Sanctuary.

In Redding, Exit to Hwy 44 East.
Go approx. 30 miles to Shingletown.
Turn right on Wilson Hill Road (the Shingletown library is on the corner).
Go 5 miles and watch for the sign on the right.
